Maui Electric works to restore power to remaining 39 customers today

KAHULUI, Aug. 10, 2014 – As of 1:30 p.m. today, Maui Electric crews are working to bring a remaining 39 customers in parts of Olinda and Piiholo back online by later this afternoon. Power was restored earlier today to a majority of customers, including those in the Ulupalakua area, after crews worked around-the-clock to repair the damage caused by Tropical Storm Iselle.

If a customer is still without power in an area we have not listed, please call our 24/7 Trouble Lines: Maui: 871-7777 and Molokai and Lanai: 1-877-871-8461.
